When disaster strikes, Mike responds—guiding clients through all four phases of the disaster life cycle to document damages, manage recovery grants, and maximize reimbursements. A licensed Professional Engineer with four years of roadway design and over 25 years of recovery experience, he has led efforts across more than 30 federally declared disasters, including the Hurricane Katrina Public Assistance Staffing project. Mike’s expertise in debris monitoring—especially during Hurricanes Matthew, Irma, Harvey, Florence, and Helene—ensures accurate documentation and full federal reimbursement.
